First off, I appreciate you visiting our new website.  I encourage you to explore our site to learn more about Waterford Companies and the properties & services we provide to the community.

Over the past 20 years, Waterford Companies has developed property and constructed homes primarily in Venice and Southwest Florida, including Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee Counties.  We have a rich tradition of providing quality and innovation to all our projects.  Our area’s demographics continue to change everyday, and we are constantly adapting to better service the needs of our community.

2008 will be an exciting year for Waterford Companies. We are proceeding with new projects including Baystreet Village and Towncenter, Tra Ponti Resort and Spa, Mariners Landing, and other exciting developments.  Our focus has always been, and will continue to be, on improving the lives for the clients we serve.  In an effort to provide the best product available, we continually adopt the latest standards in building-quality including:
